Just to begin...I am
not a Jenny Craig consultant.

Okay, now that I got that out of the way, let me say that I'm on Jenny Craig (well not since Thanksgiving cuz I've been pigging out!!!!) and I lost over 30lbs. I love it. Let me say that it's NOT for everyone. I like it because: They tell you EXACTLY what to eat (no point counting), you don't have to cook (I hate to cook), it's fairly reasonable (I ate out ALL the time), the food is pretty good, the desserts are GREAT, the sign up fee is cheap (sometimes 20lbs for 20 bucks!), you get weighed in every week, you eat six times a day, some foods are unlimited!
Now, some of the reasons I love it may be reasons why you don't...like if you have to cook for a family. I'm single and for me it's great. When you lose the weight, you know exactly how to eat even when you're not eating Jenny food anymore because we all know that it's not a 'diet' it's a 'life change'

. If anyone wants to know anymore, let me know. I'm going to attach my pics! At my highest I was 187, I got down to 150, but now up to 155 (those darn holidays!!!)
