I agree with something personalized, like a welcome mat or a welcome sign with their name on it.
If they just moved it then you could make a gift basket with a meal in it for them. Or if it is a brand new house something for the yard like a tree, shrub, rose bush.
Just some suggestions....may not be worth a darn but there you go.
