I would be concerned about a yorkie smelling bad two days after a bath. Several things could be going on. some type of ear infection, a yeast infection, or even an anal gland problem. This probably isn't about your shampoo. Odor is a symptom of something else going on, and I hope you take him to the vet and find the cause of the odor.
