It sounds like a reverse sneeze, at least that is what Sophie Kates sounds like and yes she does have CT (very mild). Had you vet checked her for a CT (you may have said yes in your post I cannot remember), if not I would get her checked.
It might be something in the air in Georgia, Sophie Kate has been snorting like a little pig lately.
