Yes stop your wee ones from doing this. If you feed your Rottie first and they go after his legs, immediately correct them, leash them, and remove them from the food area.

Have you tried walking one Rottie and one Yorkie at the same time? Even short walks 5-10 minutes or so can help create a healthy pack environment.
