Ticks are pretty gross. They make me
. Buy a tick remover scoop thingy at the pet store and keep little sandwich bags handy. Swab with a little rubbing alcohol, then remove the critter pulling straight out. Don't twist. Put the tick in the bag and drown in rubbing alcohol before putting it in the trash.
Don't try flushing or washing down a drain. The tick will come back.
You can do it.
The really gross ones are the engorged ones. Thank goodness I have only ever found one of those.
