I'm sitting here with tears rolling down my cheek. It's a perfect description of a new foster dog. Doesn't it make your heart sing when you see a sad, frightened, broken spirit, blossom into a happy little soul who can finally relax and learn to trust that they will be fed, loved, and cared for?
