I think it is something you need to take up with her and see how she responds. She could have misnamed pictures on her computer and thought she sent you the dam and sire and accidentally sent you two different dams. Or she could be trying to pull the wool over your eyes- you won't truly know until you see what she says.
Are there other things that raise red flags in your opinion?
