This is a great article, and contains some advice that I really need to take to heart. Wendell barks, whines and stamps his feet when he wants to play fetch, which is ALL of the time. He wants us to toss his little ring toy first thing in the morning, immediately when we get home from work, any time we are in the family room, etc. etc. If we have guests over he'll take it to them and drop it at their feet, too. If it rolls out of his reach, it's bark, bark, bark until someone gets it for him. I'll re-read this article a few times to reinforce how important it is not to give into his "tantrums."
