At the very least you need to call the vet- more then likely they will tell you that you need to come in ASAP- Do you have any friends who drive? relatives in the area? a cab company close by? How long a walk is it to the vet? How well do you know the vet, would they send a tech to pick up the puppy? Is there a rescue close by who might send someone to drive the puppy to the vet?
