Well, you need to judge your breeder.
But to your first question i have one answer: It is very common for breeders to own dogs that have one name on the papers and are actually "called" a different name. I my self have one that came named a "horrible" name by her breeder, for very religious and personal reasons we hate the name, love the dog however and must respect the breeder's choice on that one, we just have a Calling name for her, however, any litters she produced ( she is now retired) had her original name on her papers. This happened because the breeder i got her from at that time always registered all puppies and named all of them but i often see breeders that have a "fancy" name on the papers and pedigrees and use a more "pet friendly" calling name to their dogs.
Now , the pictures mess is something you need to resolve between yourself and the breeder.
Best of luck and Blessings.
XOXO
