That's what I should have done. I ordered a gazebo on April 13th and was told via email that I would receive it by May 5th. On May 8th I got an email stating that I would receive it between May 5th and the 23rd. On May 23rd I was told that the gazebo was back ordered, and I should get it around June 23rd. I sent them an email to complain about their poor customer service, and was told that I would receive a thirty dollar coupon that could be used on my next order!! I cancelled. There will be no "next order!"
