In the morning, Wally gets breakfast before I leave for work. When I leave, he is put in his ex pen for the day with food and water until I return home from work.
Here's the issue - the other day, I had forgotten to grab something I needed and had to run back home. I came home about 20 minutes after originally leaving for the day and noticed that he had already scarfed down all his food!
He is a little bit of a porker (just like his mom - ha!
) but now it's apparent that he is not having any food during the middle of the day since he eats it all within a half hour of me leaving for work.
Do any of you have any creative ways of getting him to save his food for later in the day? I've seen feeders with timers on them, but I don't have $200 to shell out on something like that right now.
