I SO AGREE !! Our country has a LONG way to go to protect our animals - abuse and neglect is rampant and no one does ENOUGH to make the laws stricter and punish those who break them -

the laws need to change BIG TIME in our country - good for Arizona ...that's a shame out of all the states.... only 6 are actually trying to improve things
