My Teddy had issues with protein and infection and crystals forming in his urine. After much testing and specialists, we decided to add liquid to his diet. I add water to his food or give him home made diluted chicken broth (don't use store bought unless it has no onions and walmart does make one without onion). I have found this has kept all bladder issue away once he was treated for the infection. He is on his regular food.
