Today, was a better day for Mike. His kidney function is back to almost normal. The staph infection is about gone. He was having a problem with his heart beat ( a fib ) That has now returned to normal. And They now have taken him out of the Critical Care Unit and are waiting for a room to come open so he can now be in a regular room. They need to do a sono to see if his belly is filling back up with fluid, and if so they will have to drain him again. Mike still has a long road ahead of him, but that bump is now behind him.
