My other daughter downloaded a movie directly to her phone about a month ago or so and then when she went to synch it, there was an update available so she did that first and then synched. Well, movie disappeared. It's not even in her purchase history like my other daughter's. And she already trashed the email receipt (and Yahoo dumps trash rather quickly so it's no longer there). I'm not sure there's any way to get that one back.
And is there actually a way to talk to someone in iTunes Customer Service without having the Apple Extended Care? Has anyone here done that? |
If she downloaded from Itunes she can contact them through her account and they will resend it.
