nutri-cal and/or Karo syrup
a gentle puppy shampoo
pee pads
Nature's Miracle (in bulk! LOL)
dishes for food and water
the food the breeder was feeding (small bag)
the food I was going to transition to (sample size)

I'd add a small travel crate for trips to the vet and other transport.
