I was trained to recognize silk, soft and wirey...and there are degrees..not all silk is the same thickness and texture...as as soft...soem soft coats are like wool, mat in 5 mins...others are less soft and managable with product...I see very few wire coats today, but those do not grow long, break before length is achieved.
Your Yorkie looks soft to me...perhaps not a difficult wooly type, but not silk...check the eye flash in a dark room. |
