Interesting thought about training her to make her deposit into a trash can. I have just signed Monkey up for an obedience class trying to get out feet wet for eventual rally participation. I may talk to that trainer to see if she has an idea what might work to retrain Maddie and her OCD behavior about tidiness in her back yard.
I appreciate this perspective on what I was perceiving as a problem. The thought that she is just trying to help me instead of trying to push my sanity over a cliff is very much appreciated!
