The reason I'm asking here is because I couldn't find a way to contact them. I was under the impression that you couldn't get customer support unless you have the Apple extended care.... which we don't. Do you know an email address?? That would be awesome if I'm wrong about the customer support. Last resort I could always pay the one time fee to ask a question but I'm trying to avoid that.
