If you're near Apple store (they have a locator online), you can make a free appt on the site - I'd recommend you make it during the week bc on the weekend it's unreal crazy busy.

Last wkend, we went to our apple store for help, and it was really no help at all. The guy def had ADD, so couldn't focus at all on what our problem was  . Nope, haven't tried the playlist thing. Will see if that helps tonight. But wait, how do I recaterogize it to a play list when it's not even showing up anywhere? The only place I see it is in purchase history.
The nearest Apple store is 2 hours away (in two different directions - Houston or Austin). Plus, I'm not using a laptop so it would be pretty difficult to take the computer to them. I have had to visit them before when I first got my iphone because the home button was real mushy - didn't "click" (if that makes sense). They replaced the front panel and home button and I was on my way with no charge within 30 minutes. But it was on the weekend and yes, it was nuts in there!
