Just curious: How old is she and is she like this in other parts of her life?

When my dtr got married (now divorced) she was 18 and while both were working it was at Target so they did not have much money. We bought her dress but everything else they pd for. Bouquets were bought and made by A C Moore. (great prices), decorations at party city, bridesmaid dresses were made and could be worn again, different styles but same colors for each. Cake was a little expensive but it was the groom's mom's choice (tasted terrible was the general consensus). I heard walmart makes a great cake. It was a simple wedding but just as legal as a fancy one. While it did not last long, it was nice.

I remember my wedding in 1982 I spent $ 200 on it and it was a church wedding. One aunt with only sons, made my dress, another with only a son supplied the napkins, cups and plates. A friend made the cake. Not fancy, but we are still going strong.
