Maybe get a breeder to answer your question... you would need to know what coat genes are dominant or recessive... do you know the coat types her parents and grandparents had? That would be necessary info if you want to look into the genetics aspect of it all...

But as far as my experience goes... all pups that young appear more 'fluffy' than anything.
