This is SO true!! I have lost 5 pounds over the past month, and already am feeling so much better about myself. I have been using sparkpeople.com to count my calories, and it really helps me with my portion sizes. I am only eating 1,200-1550 calories per day and it seems to really be working
Also, I am not calling what I'm doing "dieting", I'm calling it a lifestyle change. Everyone gains weight back if they diet, and then go back to their old ways. I want to keep this weight off forever
