Do any of you visit dog parks with your Yorkie regularly? I am fortunate enough to have quite a few wonderful dog parks within 15 miles of my house. I have looked them up online and read about some of the rules and regulations that they have.

Each park has a separate area for small dogs, which is where I would make sure to keep Wally. I am thinking it might be wise to go at a slower time for our first few trips out there. I plan on bringing some water and also some baggies for any poop breaks he might need. Other than that, are there any other items you would suggest I bring or not bring? Any helpful hints?

Wally is 13 weeks old this week. I plan on waiting until after next week once he has finished his boosters and gotten his rabies shot. Is this an okay time to start trying out the dog parks or should we wait until he’s a little older?
