I'm not a huge plain pork chop fan, so I created this great pork fajita recipe. Cook pork (I usually use pork chops) in a frying pan chopped into strips or tiny pieces, then after almost cooked add: peppers onions, at least 2 cloves garlic etc whatever you like,
Mix sauce then pour over and cook until it's thickened:
-1tsp oregano
-salt (pinch)
-orange juice (2-3 glugs)
-cumin
-hot sauce or (BBQ sauce, chilli powder and cyan pepper)
- a dash of vinegar

as it starts to thicken you can either add the salsa in the pan to cook too or pour some salsa on the soft shell before stuffing and rolling (add cheese if you like too).
