An 8 week old puppy should still be with their mother for at least another month, so no, you will not be able to housebreak them. However, with diligence on your part, yup can limit or prevent accidents. It is more about getting them to the pad when they need to go then actually them knowing where they are supposed to go. However, I would be more concerned about an 8 week olds health, blood sugar, etc. Then if they were housebroken.
