My male Morkie turns 1 today, and he is still having 2-3 accidents per week (both peepee and poopoo). I take him outside every 2 hours or so, plus shortly after he drinks. He also certainly knows to ring the bell when he needs to go, because he does it a lot, but sometimes he just goes inside. I almost always catch him and correct him, and he always acts guilty because he knows he's been bad.

Is it possible that he just needs a little more time? Or do I need to change what I'm doing?
