My one male came from a shelter because he got lost. The person that found him running down the road tried to find his owner and then took him to a shelter. They had him till I took him...... but it was a kill shelter and he only had 2 days to go. The shelter had him neutered and now he is a happy boy, plays in the back yard with my other male and female yorkie.
Just to let you know that when they want to get out they will. And so many endings are not as happy as mine.
