I lost past my goal weight by eating much smaller portions. It is amazing how much we eat when we really do not need it unless we have really hard physical work and need all those calories. Also I quit quit quit buying bad snack food and ate snacks only of fresh or frozen fruit, veggies. Last ice cream I'd bought B4 this 1/2 gallon I have now was in Nov or Dec. Also I don't eat unless I really am feeling hunger pangs.
