Losing that much weight on a diet is not really healthy for your body. The rule is the faster you lose it the quicker it will come back. I have heard and read too many reviews that just seems to me to not be a safe diet. Limiting your body to 500 calories is just not enough for your body to be healthy. But this is just my opinion. I would talk with your Doctor about the diet.
