When I'm playing fetch with Princess I have to "struggle" to get the ball from her, that's just how she plays.
A lot of times she'll "hug" my arm & she used to really hump it, one time actually bruising it! It's hard to remove her because I'm afraid of snapping her little legs. Now that she's spayed it's reduced greatly & she will actually listen when I tell her to stop if she tries to start up.
