I love brisket. There are lots of recipes on the internet. Do a google search for 'oven baked brisket' and you will find lots of ideas. Here are a couple of recipes:

I like cooking a full brisket because I can usually get 4 or 5 meals out of it. After cooking the brisket I will divide the brisket and freeze it into meal size portions.
