If you two are the only two people around here, then a kick is pretty much ruled out. I'd be more concerned that this pup jumped/fell and has seriously injured something. Dogs in pain sometimes don't want to be touched or are sensitive to it. If the pup is still showing signs of this much pain, she needs to go to a specialty hospital and get help today.
