Congrats on your new baby. I as well has a tiny. Sadie was almost 1 lb when I got her at 14 weeks. I thank goodness did not have any problems at all with her blood sugar dropping. I did have a big problem with the tummy rumbles. It would scare her to death. Not only was it load but it hurt her. The vet said it was her bowel moving. I always had nutrical on hand. she is 4 now and a little over 3 1/2 lbs. And as tuff as her 10 lb sister. Good luck
