This happened to my boys last fall...first Teddy was sick with what seemed like a 24 hour stomach virus. Two days later, Maximo had the same thing, but was hit a little harder, vomiting. They both maintained an appetite through it all. I fasted them both and then reintroduced food slowly, starting with little pieces of Old Mother Hubbard bone thingys (like crackers for humans).
