How can anyone brush these furmesses once per week??!!! I brush my boys every morning before breakfast and every night before bed. I'm very lucky because they both absolutely love it. Cooper mats very easily and I imagine that if I brushed him any less he would have dreadlocks. Max doesn't really mat, but he tangles. Brushing more often just alleviates any potential hair nightmares.
