I am having the same problem. Abby is 15 weeks old and I have had her for 3 weeks. She is not in the crate all day. I cannot seem to do that, I just carry her to the pee pad when she starts to go.
Now the new thing is she grabs the paper towel I am cleaning it up with and brings it to the pee pad.
