Welcome to Yorkie world. Some Yorkies take a long time. I was lucky with Chloe, I got her at 7 weeks, didn't know better, and had her pad trained at 4 mos. But..........Willow was one year before she could be fully trusted. Please be patient, all of them are different and train in their own time. Two weeks isn't a long time and it's typical to experience what you did. My best advice is to settle back for the ride, it might be a long one and the more frustrated you become the longer it can be.
