I have a question about uploading pictures. My camera is set to the highest resolution (8MP) so I have to reduce them before I upload them. But, I want to know why it is that the large picture is crisp and in focus, but when I upload it to YT after I have reduced its size it is somewhat out of focus or blurry? It seems like a stupid question, but I won't know unless I ask......LOL. |
Higher resolutions on the web can sometimes do that. The highest resolution I go on the web is 150 though sometimes that blurs as well. The recommended resolution for the web is 72px. If you are in photoshop and change your image size or save for web and devices...try reducing the resolution only by going to 90px with constraints on. This will reduce photo size but should keep your clarity. Hope this helps.
