I take it that she is a singleton. That can be a problem ith singletons. You might have to start to limit the amount of time that mom is allowed in with her. They can get so fat that they can't get their legs under them. It is called swimmer puppy syndrome.

you will also need to provide some exercise time for her. Take her out of the bed and give her some rolled up towels to climb over. Do this for short periods of time. No more than 5 minutes, several times a day.
