I somehow missed this! Yes, Layla had a 50/50 chance too, and it just killed me inside to see how many other dogs actually came through and got feeling and motion back when Layla wasn't hitting those milestones. If only I knew then what I know now, I wouldn't have worried so much. It's a lifestyle adjustment, but she is the same dog she always was and she is just as happy as ever! I am glad you are looking at the positive side and can love Benjamin for who he is whether he's walking on all 4's or not

Thank you very much! I have said over and over again it was a terrible thing for us to go through but if we can get her story out and have people see how happy a paraplegic dog can be, maybe this was all worth it! She has touched a lot of hearts and changed a lot of minds about what disabled dogs can and can't do. Thank you for taking the time to reply, it means a lot to me to know this is still reaching people
