These brats know exactly how to jerk our chains!! Is there a place where you can put your baby so that he will not cause your neighbors to have you arrested? If so, I would suggest you put Mr. Early Morning Riser in that place in his crate and go to bed as usual. However, instead of allowing him to get y'all up, put in ear plugs and let him whine away.. He has you trained and it is time you TRAIN him!! I suspect you will see pee and poop in the crate cause his elimination systems are accustomed to going at the earlier hour. Sometimes, you just have to decide which behavior is more annoying and go from there.
