That is exactly why she is doing it.
My Phantom does this too, and it is because he had to stop nursing at only 2 weeks old. His Mommy had a calcium deficiency and could not feed him any longer, so he had to be bottle fed. He never lost that "sucking" instinct. He is 3 1/2 now, and he still does it. That's how he falls asleep.
