Is there any chance he could have ate something earlier yesterday? When Princess was about his age she chewed some oil pastels, though they all looked accounted for when I found them.
It wasn't until maybe 10-12 hours later that she started vomiting, 5 times in one hour. She finally went to sleep & the next day had a colorful poop.
