So I got up and treadmilled for 15 minutes ..geez i wish i liked it better ..I could use a little mind control here ..any suggestions? I went to a nutritionalist @ Columbia Pres Hospital and was told to eat no more than 1500 calories a day She told me bottom line ..its your calorie count that will affect weight loss ..And watching your fat intake .So thats all i can say for tips n advice ..And did we decide how often we will weigh in?
