Yes, there are some YT members who have dealt with this condition. Many of them are on a Yahoo group and I am sure they will help you with lots of information.

One thing I suggest is a consult with a specialist if the vet you are using is not one.

I am sorry that you are having to deal with this. One bright side is that it can be repaired. I agree with megansmomma...you need to contact the breeder. Hopefully he/she can help with the costs associated.
