My dogs have never been fat. I can easily feel their ribs and spine. Next time you give her a bath check while she is wet because sometimes the hair can make them look heavier than they are. If your vets are telling you that the dog is underweight, she probably is. I would suggest that you try a different brand of dog food that is higher quality than Cesar and hopefully it will be something she likes.
