I am a small novelty breeder and this is the first time that this has happened with one of my bitches.
This will be her third and last litter for she has reached 5. I bred her for the first tie took place on April 24th then everyother day for that week. I went on holiday May 7th and 8th and my sitter told me that my male mounted my female. I just believed that Prince was just showing interest in her and nothing happened. But yesterday the 18th of May and this AM they had a tie....UGGG! i have never experienced this prior. Any opionions here??? I have spoken to several friends and they either have not had a situation like this.
